So … who’s up for lasagna, and a nap?

I suspect that logging everything I eat and every exercise I complete, while useful for tracking possible progress in fitness and possible weight loss/gain, also would reduce life to nothing but a series of odious, never-ending to-do lists. (Or “not-to-do” lists.) And I feel like I have enough of those as it is.
