“No pictures, please!”

“You need to take a photo of yourself,” Trainer declared a few sessions ago. “For comparison’s sake, down the road.”

I still haven’t done it. While I understand the principle of the before-and-after picture, my main obstacle is that any photograph I take isn’t really a “before” shot — it’s a me right now shot. And while I’m not supremely out of shape or obese — the tests on my first session revealed that my body fat percentage is still in the “excellent” range (so take that, Doritos Locos tacos with sour cream) — I’m also nowhere near where I think you should be to be snapping shirtless self-pics. (Or at least new ones, cough cough.)
