And I was so sure that big progress had been made that I even reminded Trainer it was time for the six-month evaluation.
Last week we measured away:
- My biceps do keep getting bigger … a quarter-inch at a time.
- Same with my chest and my thighs.
Everything else is the same as the three-month checkin. I mean, it’s not as if anything got worse, but still. I suspect that my body has its own “set point” and keeps returning to it, no matter how much Trainer and I do to it.
